I have so many memories that seem so close yet so far away.
I remember summer fun, holidays, birthdays, walks, jokes, magic and lots of laughter.
When I think of Alex I picture his mischief filled smiles, always seeming to be ready with some fact, tale, joke or trick to share!!
I see our holidays in France, playing in pools, our adventures and crazy childhood games. I remember Alex telling me about boats, the sea, about magic and so many random facts that he constantly seemed to have stored away.
Alex taught me all sorts and gave me these memories, and for that I will always be thankful and I will always keep them close.
It still feels so unbelievable that your gone and I still dont know how to process that its actually a reality. Though I will try and think of your strength and all the things you accomplished, all those hurdles you climbed, and will use that in my own experiences and hurdles to come. Ill always think of your mischief filled grins.
Miss you and love you Alex xxx

I did not know you very well Alex but became friends with your dad Jerry when we worked together at St Paul's Catholic College. You are very much loved by those who knew you.Your life was far too short as you had so much to offer. Lesley Brummitt.
